Networking Opportunities:  Introductions by OSPF team and networks, to individuals and institutions relevant to Fellow’s interests, as feasible Research Support:  Expert advice and support for Fellow’s ongoing projects (provisionally, ten hours per year) All Member benefits

Terms and conditions
 
This membership program, encompassing individual Members, Fellows, Institutional Members, and other modalities (“Membership Program”)  is  an Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Open Source Pharma Foundation, hereinafter referred to as the "OSPF," and the individual or entity becoming a member, hereinafter referred to as the "Member."
Membership Eligibility: a. Membership is open to   any citizen, resident, or organization of India interested in open-source activities in pharma research, including social media support, advocacy, conducting publicity of open-source pharma activities, contributing to our open blog, TB quilt, and making social media posts in association with our science and research team.
b. Members must adhere to the principles and objectives of the Open-Source Pharma Foundation.
c. Membership benefits may be changed periodically by OSPF, at its discretion, depending on matters including but not limited to  its assessments of conditions, value, and needs
Duration and Renewal: a. Membership is valid for one year from the date of joining.
b. Memberships can be renewed annually upon payment of the renewal fee and review.
Termination of Membership: a. The OSPF reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates the terms of this agreement.
b. Members can voluntarily cancel their membership by providing written notice. Member ship fee is not refundable
Confidentiality: a. Members may have access to confidential information. Such information must not be disclosed to third parties.
Amendments:
a. The OSPF reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.   land ( INDIA )
Miscellaneous: a. Any notices or communications required under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the respective parties.
b. By becoming a member, the individual or entity agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
