- TB (Tuberculosis) Molecular Matrix
This project is a part of the Open Source Pharma Foundation, dedicated to creating a comprehensive TB (tuberculosis) molecular matrix to support researchers worldwide. Our project aims to achieve this by harnessing the power of crowd-sourcing in an open-source fashion. Our objectives are as follows:
(i) Aggregation of all TB active molecules: We will compile a comprehensive list of TB active molecules found in both bioassays and literature.
(ii) Compilation of failed TB drug candidates
(iii) Gather data on all failed candidates in TB drug discovery and development.
Gathering of TB active molecules in clinical trials: We will assemble a database of TB active molecules currently undergoing clinical trials. Through these efforts, we aim to provide researchers with valuable support in an open-source manner, facilitating collaboration and advancement in TB research worldwide. - Kids' Drug Discovery (Join Discussion)
The ideas above are being explored by the global community for drug discovery. They are not yet projects, just concepts/ideas, for world to see, and to have an opportunity to provide feedback on. Projects will be developed at later stages.
